• Covers cancellations initiated by customers and by MatrixMedia under specific circumstances.

3. Customer Rights

• Cooling-off period (CPA Section 16): Customers who purchase online or via direct marketing have the right to cancel within 5 business days of receiving goods or services.
• Notice of cancellation: Customers must provide written notice (via email or the website’s cancellation form).
• Refund entitlement: If cancellation occurs within the cooling-off period, customers are entitled to a full refund, less any direct costs incurred by MatrixMedia (e.g., courier fees).

4. Conditions for Cancellation

• Digital services/subscriptions:
  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled, but refunds are prorated based on usage.

  • Work already completed will be billed proportionally.

5. MatrixMedia Rights

• MatrixMedia reserves the right to cancel services if:
  • The customer breaches Terms of Service.
  • Payment is not received within agreed timelines.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
